Hilton Garden Inn Temple Medical Center

Awesome place with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. The staff were kind, especially when assisting my elderly parents during our first visit. I also had a great experience with the attentive service from another staff member. I highly recommend trying the breakfast omelet options! I'm definitely coming back for Easter!

I appreciated being within a few steps of Rosa's Cafe for some quick bites and enjoyed a lovely morning stroll to Leona Park just 2.5 km away to take in the scenery .

Stay wasn't overly welcoming...seemed a little annoyed that I used bookings.com. When i asked about breakfast, I was told that I didnt select the right package, i just picked the room. Attendant didn't even tell us the room #, she said, "I wrote it on the room key packet." When you're hauling luggage and coats, that little packet isn't exactly easy to get to...

Brand-new rooms with drinks and very comfortable beds, for instance, felt like home. We had exceptionally good breakfast plus friendly service. Awesome facilities and the pool was good. Food was great and their restaurant was nice.

What stands out, both good and bad

The breakfast was great, with friendly servers attending to every detail! Plus, the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds smelled wonderful upon entering.

Inconsistent cleanliness was disappointing. I found dust and hairs in the bathroom, which reflected poorly on housekeeping.

The lobby had a modern design and created a cute atmosphere. The staff provided friendly and efficient service, tending to guests with professionalism. The bathroom in my King Room showed signs of wear, such as a shelf that was about to fall off and discolored fixtures.

I really enjoyed the lovely little touches in my room like the Keurig coffee maker and USB outlets right by the bed for my devices. The indoor pool and outdoor fire pit were perfect for winding down after a long day. The hot tub was lukewarm and not the best, but overall, I had a fantastic stay! 😊

The King Suite with Sofa Bed had a clean and modern design that provided a comfortable retreat. The outdoor area featured a well-lit fire pit, ideal for unwinding during the evening hours.

Accessing my room involved a bit of a hassle as the front door was out of service, forcing me to use a side entrance. The hot tub was a major letdown-far from hot, with only two jets operational and signs of concrete wear visible. The low water pressure in the shower left much to be desired, and I noticed some unwelcome stains on the ceiling that hinted at past water damage.

It was just a great match for spending a night in Temple with very good value for money. The beds and pillows were super comfy with crisp linens . Definitely ask about the breakfast omelet options-they were fantastic!
